Why are my changes not visible on my Amazon listing?



That's a pretty fair question!

First of all, don't worry, we promise your changes will be visible on your listing.

Nevertheless, here are the steps to follow to solve your issue:

1. Have you published the changes?



Before continuing, make sure your account is properly linked to your Amazon seller account:

Make sure your clicked on the Publish button on the product.

2. Did you receive an error email?



In some cases, Amazon triggers an error despite our best efforts. In these cases, we send an email to both you and our support team in order to be aware of it. Sometimes this can prevent the Amazon listing from being updated.

In this case, follow the instructions inside the email we sent.

3. Did you wait 72 hours?



Amazon may take some time before updating your listing, depending on its system load. In some cases, it can take up to 72 hours.

4. Did you check if your product SKU and ASIN are the same on Intellifox and the Seller Central ?



You may have entered the wrong SKU or ASIN on Intellifox; check the configuration tab on Intellifox for your product.

5. Do you have some stock ?



Sometimes, when you don't have any stock, the product listing is not properly updated.

6. Are you able to see the modifications inside the Seller Central?



Even though your listing may not still reflect your changes, after a few minutes (5 to 10 minutes), the changes should be visible inside your Seller Central (when click on modify, you should have a preview of the changes). If this is the case, that's a good sign that your product changes will be published a bit later.

7. Are you able to update the product from the Seller Central?



In some cases, Amazon will not allow you to edit your product through the Seller Central. You need to make a small update (for instance, add or remove a word from one bullet point) and see if it works.

If it doesn't work, reach the Amazon Seller Central support and ask why it is not possible for you to update your listing.
